What can the service app do?

• Update personal details (address, bank information, phone contacts, and other details)
• View application status
• Submit sick notes
• Submit various documents and invoices
• Manage insured family members (up to 14 years old)
• Participate in the digital bonus program
• Access digital mail documents
• Additional attractive services such as uploading photos for the electronic health insurance card or supplementary insurances
• Manage health data, such as documenting vaccinations, checking medications, and scheduling preventive check-ups

Security, Sign-Up, and Usage:

Signing up in the app aligns with the credentials from the online center and requires no additional registration. If you are registering for our online services for the first time, you can conveniently do so directly through the service app. Safeguarding your data is our top priority. For initial registration, please utilize the video identification process via the Nect app. This allows you to register securely and comfortably using your ID card or passport. Alternatively, you can request access credentials by post.
